had a rather bad day today.

woke up late in e morning
and had to rush like crazy.
and jus before i went out,
big aunt had to pay me a visit.

and e day started off w pe, playing frisbee
wasnt too bad cept that it was kinda muddy
and managed to step in e mud for quite a few times.

highlight of e day came when e cramps & backache hit.
tink it was e worst worst worst ever.
was in a lot of pain for like a whole 2 hours.
and jus when sch ended, it finally subsided.
i hope it doesnt happen tmr..

that aside, my binging is back.
haha. ate like a pig today.
tink its e stress and unhappiness.
haha. oh well..

ok bac to work now...
thank god its friday tmr.
tho there's still a lot of work to be done over e weekend.
